XML Data not in UTF-8 Encoding

Problem

XML error due to character encoding.

Solution

Make sure to set the character encoding to Unicode (UTF-8).

In our web admin tool:

1. Go to Configure > Tools > Key Generator.
2. Select your key generator from the list.
3. In the Character Encoding dropdown, select Unicode (UTF-8).
4. Select the three-dot menu, then choose Save and Close.

Invalid link error

Problem

​Download link date valid but attempts to download throw "invalid link" error.

There is a security feature in the system which automatically expires download links after they've been downloaded (or attempted) five times.

Solution

To fix this, regenerate the download link.​
