Creates a mid-term subscription upgrade quote for an existing subscription. The customer will receive an email with a PDF attachment and an option to accept the quote. Alternatively, the quote can be reviewed via the customer self-service portal. Upon acceptance, the subscription upgrade will be activated according to the scheduled terms.
