How to execute partial upgrades
Hi there,
One of my customers is currently subscribed to _Product A_ with a quantity of 4 licenses. Now, the customer wishes to upgrade two of these licenses to a higher product version, moving from _Basic_ to _Professional_.
How can I execute this upgrade for the specified licenses, while keeping the remaining two licenses unchanged?

Tier pricing for multi-item subscriptions
Hi there,
As I am managing multi-item subscriptions encompassing various products, I am faced with the following scenario:
It all began with a single-item subscription featuring _Product A_, with the customer ordering _8 licenses_. At their request, I used the [Update Subscription Item](https://dev.cleverbridge.com/reference/updatesubscriptionitem) API call to incorporate 2 licenses for _Product B_ into their subscription, resulting in a total license count of 10.
My aim is to have pricing calculated based on the combined license count within the subscription, which now stands at 10 licenses in total.
I’ve previously set up Tier pricing for _Product A_, where the item price is discounted at a quantity of 10.
Is it possible to extend Tier pricing to encompass the overall product count within the subscription?

Wrong price displayed in generated cart
Hi there,
My webpage features a button that directs users to a purchase page. To preview the customer price on the purchase page, I used the \`\_cart/generatecartpreview \_API call.
The intended gross price is approximately **1875 Danish krone (DKK)**. However, when I navigate to the purchase page, it displays a price of **270 Euro**, which is equivalent to **2025 DKK**.
Why is the API call retrieving the incorrect price from the Cleverbridge platform?

Broken Logo on Our Email Communicaton to Cusotmers
Hi,
we rely on our subscription platform to handle subscriptions and use the [ ProcessCart ](<>) API to process customer orders. We noticed that our logo is broken on the Cleverbridge-hosted checkout page we send our customers to complete purchases.
Can you help us out to quickly resolve this issue?

Unable to increase amount of licenses for running subscription
Hi,
we’re trying to increase the number of licenses for the current interval of the subscription by running the _UpdateSubscriptionItem_ API call. We also made sure to set the parameter `"AlignToCurrentInterval"` to `true` to ensure that the change takes effect immediately.
Nonetheless, we keep receiving the following error message:

How to generate URLs with pre-filled information?
Hi,
we provide our customers with URLs already filled with relevant information. However, lately, our generated URLs do not show the information previously pre-populated via URL parameters.
Any thoughts on how to solve this issue?
