How to execute partial upgrades

Hi there,
One of my customers is currently subscribed to Product A with a quantity of 4 licenses. Now, the customer wishes to upgrade two of these licenses to a higher product version, moving from Basic to Professional.
How can I execute this upgrade for the specified licenses, while keeping the remaining two licenses unchanged?
