Hi, a customer of ours wants to downgrade the number of licenses in their running subscription from 7 to 3. Their subscription renewal is already due, and their order status is _Secure 3D Enrolled_. We called the _UpdateSubscriptionItem_ API to execute the downgrade and reduce the number of licenses within the subscription. However, we keep getting the following error: `{` "Id": null, "Message": "An error has occurred processing your request.", "Status": 500 }\` What's the reason behind this error?

We offer subscriptions with manual renewal. Despite sending renewal reminder emails, a significant number of manual renewals remain unpaid. Is there an API available to cancel these unpaid orders?
