LastIntervalNo =-1 when trying to get subscription information using the Get Subscription API

I am trying to retrieve a subscription’s information using the Get Subscription API call.

In the response, I am getting the value -1 in the LastIntervalNo key of the JSON file.
What does this value mean?

subscription
