Why are Cleverbridg taking two seperate payments from my bank account at different times

As per the title I am worried because I did not authorise cleverbridge to take two separate payments from my Natwest bank account.
one for 29.99 and a second one for 49.99 I am 90 years old and can't afford it, please stop this happening, and let me get back to normal.
